On the first of September 2017, Vladimir Putin – President of the Russian Federation – stated, “Artificial intelligence is the future, not only for Russia, but for all humankind”. “It comes with colossal opportunities, but also threats that are difficult to predict. Whoever be- comes the leader in this sphere will become the ruler of the world”1. The Artificial intelligence is indeed no longer a science-fiction perspec- tive, but an on-going revolution for societies, industries and eventually armies.
From 1770 to 1850 were developed steam engine as well as railway lines and thus, from 1870 to 1910 were born aviation, automo- bile, electricity and telephony. The twentieth century has been the century of the develop- ment and the individualisation of these new technologies in the new mass consumption societies….
